At The Perfect Brownie, we take great care in ensuring your delicious brownies arrive safely and promptly. That’s why we’ve partnered with Royal Mail, using their 1st Class delivery service to ensure that your treats reach you fresh and ready to enjoy. Additionally, depending on your location and our schedule, we may personally deliver your order to ensure extra freshness and customer satisfaction.
Where We Deliver
Currently, our brownies are only available for delivery within the wider Redcar area. We are actively working to expand our delivery region to cover the entire Mainland UK.
If you place an order from outside our designated delivery zone, don’t worry—we’ll personally reach out to you as soon as possible. In these cases, we’ll arrange a prompt refund for your order or discuss potential alternative arrangements if applicable.
Delivery Expectations
When you place an order with us, you can expect your brownies to arrive within 1-2 working days through Royal Mail 1st Class delivery or personal delivery, depending on your location. We carefully package each order to ensure freshness and protect your brownies during their journey.
If your delivery address is outside of Mainland UK but still within our expanded delivery zone (once available), please allow 3-4 working days for your brownies to arrive.
What To Do If You Don’t Receive Your Order
In the rare event your brownies have not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us immediately. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
